Unplanned life events such as illness, a relationship breakdown, reduction in your business cash flow or emergency events like natural disasters may impact on your finances.  We are here to help.

Do you have a business loan and worried you can’t pay?
If you have a business loan with Many Rivers and are experiencing financial hardship we will work with you to help you get back on track.  In these situations we may be able to help you by deferring or reducing your repayments for a period.  We will always try to help provide a solution to suit your individual needs. This might be for a short, medium or long period of time depending on your circumstances. For us to assist, you may need to provide some information such as Centrelink documents, medical information, employment status, proof of income, liabilities and expenditure.

Getting assistance
If you are experiencing financial hardship please contact your Many Rivers Microenterprise Development Manager or a member of the Many Rivers Client Support Team.  The Many Rivers Client Support Team are available on 1300 MANYRIVERS (1300 626 974), Monday to Friday 9:00am – 4:30pm (Sydney time) or at clientsupport@manyrivers.org.au.
